Alex focuses his practice on the representation of government sponsored entities, institutional lenders, and commercial loan servicers in commercial real estate finance and servicing matters. Alex has extensive experience representing national loan servicers in structured finance transactions including defeasances and securitizations. He also regularly represents clients in assignments, assumptions, condemnations, property dispositions, equity transfers, easements, and other real property and corporate transactions.

Alex serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CBS Food Program, a nonprofit organization providing meals to underserved children in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region.

Prior to joining Reiferson Dee PLC, Alex was an associate at Raju LLP where he focused his practice on real estate, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and capital market transactions.
